Panama City

Panama City is an urban and coastal community in Northwest Florida. Located just east of Panama City Beach and south of Lynn Haven. The minor settlements of St. Andrews, Millville, Harrison, and Floriopolis were incorporated into the city of Panama City, as we know it today, in the early 1900s. Still seen today are the legacy and progress of the community. Noted for its numerous commercial and recreational fishing vessels, sightseeing boat excursions, ever-expanding schools, and institutions, booming shipbuilding and paper mill sectors, authentic retail entrepreneurs, and the busy Port of Panama City. Panama City is a unique cultural combination of the arts, music, ecotourism, and technology, bordered by Tyndall Air Force Base and the Naval Activities Support Base.
